Dispatch

Every portrait is drawn to order, by hand. I draw within 2–3 working days; work on the final original starts once you have approved the sketch.

Delivery

UK delivery typically takes around a week from order (up to two weeks at busy times), and UK delivery is free. Got a date in mind (a send-off)? Order early and tell us — we will do our best to make it.

Problems with your delivery

If your order is delayed or has not arrived, email hello@retirementgift.co.uk and we will help track it down.

Returns

Our items are made to order and/or personalised, so under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 they are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel and cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.

Faulty or damaged on arrival

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, email hello@retirementgift.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
